You need an E Visa, not to be confused with apply for a visa online which is on the same home page. The e visa is instant ( almost ) where as the other will require a trip to the embassy. THE E VISA PROCESS OPENS ONE MONTH PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE
You will be asked for an address in India, here it is, N 1/1C, Nagwa Rd, Near Assi Ghat, Dumraon Colony, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221005, India
When asked for a citizenship number you add N/A
You need a JPEG of your photo and a PDF of your passport. Sometimes you may need to reduce the size of that file, if you have scanned it the easiest way to do this is to just crop out all the unused white space around it.
