Let me show you the Delhi

that I know and love.

New Delhi contrasts India’s Moghul past with early 20th Century design, sweeping boulevards, and national monuments. Discover Ravi Chowk, formally Connaught Place, and a historic Hanuman temple said to date back to the Mahabharata period. Visit the Museum of Modern Art, a fantastic collection showcasing India’s many schools of art and tradition.

Enjoy the beautiful Sikh Gurdwara, a beautiful and serene complex dating back to 1783

Drink tea with me in aging imperial splendor at the Imperial Hotel or maybe a drink in Maharaja-style splendor at the Patiala Peg. Enjoy one of the largest private art collections in the world showcasing India’s rich cultural heritage, the walls of this majestic old hotel are lined with them.

Navigate bullock carts and tuk-tuks on the small streets of Pahaganje in pursuit of perfect chai, spicy fried potatoes or a bubbling curry. Shop in the iconic main bazaar area for trinkets silver, exotic perfumes, as well as handicrafts from all over India.

Agra

Home to the worlds best known monument to love.

Agra is best known for the beautiful Taj Mahal. The Taj a monument to love, is an exquisite example of Mogul design, from the sweeping Islamic gardens to the perfect geometrical design of the soft pure marble. Our two days in Agra, enable us to view the Taj in the twilight hours of sunrise and sundown. Marvel to the sight as the Taj changes colors at different times throughout the day. We visit the Agra Fort, also a UNESCO site with its red sandstone ramparts and imposing grandeur. We travel to and from Agra, departing from Delhi along the new direct toll road, in a private car.

Varanasi is older than history, older than tradition and even older than legend and looks twice as old as all of them together. Mark Twain

Varanasi,home of gods & legends.

We take the new super-fast daylight express train to Varanasi. through rural India crossing rivers and passing small villages and towns. We are met at the Varanasi junction train station and taken to our hotel in time for dinner and an evening stroll along the Ghats.

Varanasi, also known as Kashi and Benares, the legendary home of Shiva and his wife Parvati is the oldest city on earth. Set on the Ganga River, herself a goddess, forever linked to Shiva upon whose head her waters fall.

The centuries of temples both large and small have been a site for pilgrims for millennia. The festive atmosphere is without doubt the best place to witness all the colorful pageantry, and devotion of Northern India.

The awe-inspiring ghats, consisting of wide steps from temple to river, provide a traffic-free place to walk peacefully.

We visit a rural village, an unique, unforgetable cultural experience to be welcomed as family into the home of beloved friends.

One of the closing treats is to have an Indian high tea, in an authentic palace as the sun sets majestically over the Ganga.

The quick one-hour domestic flight from Varanasi to Delhi concludes your amazing experience.
